Local Pick up

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Hammond/Baton Rouge Louisiana area. Customers selecting local pick up will be contacted with pickup instructions when their order is ready.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Rooftop Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders Returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
